Once my sample has been taken, how do I send my kit back to tellmeGen?

Shipping depends on the country you want to send it from.

  • If you are sending the kit from a European country, when you create your account and register the kit, you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid shipping label, i.e., you will only have to print it out and stick it on the plastic bag in the kit for shipping. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it is not there either, please write an email to [email protected] with your full address, first name, last name and phone number, and we will send you a shipping label. Print the label you downloaded after registration and attach it to the plastic bag under the blue tray. Use the labelled bag provided and and take it to the courier office indicated in the email.
  • If you are sending the kit from the United States, Latin America or the United Arab Emirates, there must be a shipping sticker attached on the plastic bag containing the kit. You will need to bring the kit to the nearest UPS or courier office.
  • If you are sending the kit from Australia or Canada, you must send an email to [email protected] with your full address, first name, last name and phone number, and we will send you a shipping label. Once you have your label, you must print it out and stick it on the plastic bag that contains the kit. You will have to take the kit to the nearest office.
