Céroïdes-lipofuscinoses neuronales de type 7 (associées à MFSD8)
Les phénotypes cliniques sont traditionnellement caractérisés en fonction de l'âge d'apparition et de l'ordre d'apparition.
Symptômes
Les enfants atteints présentent des symptômes neurologiques sévères, tels que des troubles neurodéveloppementaux progressifs et une microcéphalie, une déficience visuelle, une ataxie, des troubles du langage et des crises fréquentes.
