Cardiomyopathie hypertrophique familiale (HCM)
Symptômes
La cardiomyopathie hypertrophique présente un tableau clinique hétérogène, alors que certains patients sont asymptomatiques, d'autres, même dans la même famille, peuvent présenter des douleurs thoraciques, une dyspnée ou un essoufflement (en particulier à l'effort physique), des palpitations, des vertiges, une s & oacute ; nessité ;Si certains patients sont asymptomatiques, d'autres, même dans la même famille, peuvent présenter des douleurs thoraciques, une dyspnée ou un essoufflement (surtout à l'effort), des palpitations, des vertiges, une syncope, des évanouissements, des étourdissements et des modifications du rythme cardiaque normal ou des arythmies. Plus rarement, un arrêt cardiaque soudain associé à un exercice intense et une mort subite peuvent survenir.
