Once you click on the ‘BUY’ button you will access a simple form where we will ask you for the information we need to send the kit to your home, office or any other place you indicate, in the fastest and most effective way possible.
When you receive the kit, register it online
*Samples received without being registered will not be analyzed.
Deposit your saliva sample
It is very important to complete this step correctly as it is key to ensuring your sample can be analyzed with guarantees. To do this, insert the tip of the swabs inside the mouth and rub them against the inner cheek to collect as much genetic material as possible. Remember not to smoke, drink (even water), or chew gum for 30 minutes prior to depositing the sample. When depositing the swabs, make sure that the liquid correctly covers and soaks the ends with the saliva to protect the DNA. It is highly recommended to store the tubes in the refrigerator, as cold temperatures help preserve the sample. Although it seems incredible, all your genetic information is contained in such a small sample!

Shipping to the lab - we pay for it!
Once you have registered your kit and collected your saliva sample, it's time to return the sample to us for analysis in the laboratory. Print the label we sent you by email after registration and paste it on the outside of the plastic bag of your kit. Place the tube(s) with the saliva sample(s) in the box, and then put the box inside the bag. Once you have the package ready, take it to the courier office we indicate in the email.
Receive the results and find out what your DNA says about you
From the moment you order your kit, the average turnaround time for results is 4 to 6 weeks (depending on factors such as the time it takes to receive the sample). Once we have your results, we will contact you so that you can access them with your user account in the customer area of the website. Your report is also available in '.pdf' format for you to download, print, or save to a USB stick. Remember that before opening it, you will have the opportunity to choose if there is any information you prefer not to see reflected in the report.
