Quality policy

GENELINK SL seeks differentiation in its sector, so it decided to implement the quality system in medical devices. This system, according to ISO 13485:2018, involves the following activities of the company:

Interpretation of genetic data.

Our policy seeks to comply with the following points:

• Provide quality medical devices, constantly improving to meet consumer demand and maintain the competitiveness of the sector in order to achieve full satisfaction of our customers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding medical devices, as well as any other additional requirements voluntarily subscribed by our company.
• To continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through clearly defined and controlled processes, ensuring that needs and requirements are always known, in addition to providing staff with the necessary resources for monitoring, measuring and analyzing these processes.
• To increase the satisfaction of our customers, avoiding claims or complaints and fully meeting their expectations about our products and services.
• Define annually the objectives and goals necessary to ensure compliance with the commitments established in this policy, as well as those requested by our stakeholders.
• To provide the essential resources for the implementation and control of the Quality System, ensuring the continuous improvement of the processes.
• To take advantage of the difficulties encountered as learning opportunities, clearly identifying their causes to avoid their repetition.
• Request the collaboration and commitment of all the organization's personnel, each one taking responsibility for the quality of their work and the fulfillment of what has been established.
• Raise awareness and adapt to climate change through the active participation of employees and stakeholders, promoting training and environmental awareness initiatives.
• To consider sustainability criteria in all business activities with the aim of minimizing their environmental impact, promoting the rational use of resources.
