tellmeGen+ offers you constant updates to your reports for only €29.99/USD per year (or the equivalent in your local currency). The first three months of service are free with the purchase of the genetic test. This payment model is due to the fact that the storage and processing of data for each analysis have a high cost, as each user receives up to 90 GB of genetic information, which implies high computing expenses to guarantee maximum precision and reliability in the results. Thus, we continue to provide you with the latest in genetic research while covering these technical costs.

tellmeGen+ includes:

• Possibility of accessing new reports.

• Future functionalities and updates to existing reports with the latest in genetics.

Three months free with the purchase of the Ultra WGS (30x) genetic analysis

The subscription links your account to the user, allowing you to keep it active and access the corresponding reports.

Grace period

If you forget to make the payment or are unable to do so at that time, don't worry! For one year, we will keep your Raw Data available. However, if you wish to continue enjoying all the new features and services, you will need to pay the corresponding subscription amount.

Once the grace period has passed, tellmeGen will permanently delete your Raw Data.

Download your Raw Data

You will be able to download your Raw Data for free up to three times a year. Subsequent downloads will be charged at €4.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency) per download.
